Tammy Ruggles is a legally blind photographer, artist, and writer of short stories, articles, e-books, audiobooks, screenplays in the YA, grade school, and preschool genres (under the name of Miss Tammy). Her first paperback book, Peace, was published by Clear Light Books in 2005. Check DeviantArt, Amazon, and Google to find her work.

"Even though I'm legally blind due to RP, I've been an artist of some sort from the age of 12, from sketching to finger painting, to digital art, and presently, photography. My styles range from playful children's themes to dark horror, but I stop short of a lot of gore. Nothing against it, I just think less is more when it comes to cover art. I prefer that horror take place in the mind rather than in the jaws of a nocturnal creature or a knife-wielding ex-boyfriend rather than a boogie monster. My dark influences include Hitchcock, Poe, and Serling."
